Jason Gesing

Jason Gesing has more than seven years of experience representing businesses, individuals, nonprofit and public sector clients in matters ranging from commercial contracting; commercial real estate acquisition and disposition; condominium creation and conversion; business organization and governance; licensing and royalty arrangements; collective bargaining; asset acquisition and disposition; the negotiation and drafting of architect and construction services agreements; and, advocacy before numerous state and local boards and in the courts.  Jason has represented some of the largest educational institutions, health care facilities, and cultural organizations in Massachusetts and has defended the actions of public officials in formal protest and inquiry proceedings, as well as the actions and reputations of licensees before regulators, auditors, and investigators.

Jason has served as an advisor to, and presented before, the national School Safety Advocacy Council and regularly instructs real estate brokers and licensed salespersons on industry best practices.  Jason also has experience in employment law, including reviewing employee handbooks and employment contracts, and in estate planning for the small to moderate-size estate.  A graduate of Boston College Law School and Syracuse University, Jason is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
